Shipping information
We ship via DHL. International shipping attracts additional customs fees, though the fees typically range from $20 to $50 depending on the weight of the dress.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message containing your tracking and shipping information. You can then visit the DHL website and enter your waybill number to track your order and view the delivery status.
Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. For remote locations, delivery might take an additional 2 to 3 business days.

We accept payments through Stripe and Zelle
We use your information to process and fulfil your order accurately and efficiently. We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties except when necessary to process or deliver your order.
Orders and returns
Our dresses are custom-made to your preferences. To place an order, simply send us a message on any of our social handles or WhatsApp with your inspiration, preferred design and specifications. If there’s a dress on our website that you love but would like to modify, you can also send us the dress along with a reference image or details of the changes you would like.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us through the same channel used to place your order.
As your dress is being made, we will provide progress updates. If you would like any changes during the process, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make adjustments where possible.
